Watched threads?

Every time I post the little binoculars shows up as a watched thread. This is very annoying because I don't want an email sent to me every time someone posts on a thread. I forget to check the box to unwatch almost every time and have to go back in and uncheck the box. Is there a way to permanently make all my posts or threads unwatched instead of having to go back in and manually uncheck the box?

Calling 22. He helped me correct this problem on the Sooner board when the new format started. I forgot the solution. I have posted on the UWV, ND and main rivals board and get the same e-mails. Maybe he or someone will help.

K2C - do you have a gif that shows someone very computer challenged? That would be me. Big Chief tablets are more my speed. :)

Rings, this one's easy, I can do it and I'm a caveman. (I do have a man cave):)

Put your cursor over your name, right hand corner. A menu will drop down. Go to preferences. Simply uncheck all the notifications. Voila! Done.

I'll post a response before K2C and Fitty start posting New Christy Menstrual music videos. ;)

Rings, if you are using a windows PC (any browser), click on your user name in the upper right hand corner. You will see "Alert Preferences". Read the options there and turn off email notifications. You can tweak a lot of stuff there. Good luck.

I can't help you with Apple cornputers. It might be the same.

Thanks guys. I forgot to tell you guys thank you. I do believe I was able to fix it. I unchecked everything.

K2C - I've actually almost been to the point of that guy in the video. I've been so mad at times that I wish my computer would come alive so it would be a fair fight and I could give it the business! I also feel that way about programmers that change everything after you finally understand and get something down and they up and change it on you for no reason!:)
