He asked a question.....what do Republicans want ? I'm sorta asking it, I guess, what are Republicans offering on the major issues that we face right now ?

The question Biden should ask is what does he want? He has the house and senate. He keeps saying Republicans are blocking him but democrats are blocking him.

Election reform is up to the states.
Tax reform? What are the proposing?
Have to shut the boarder down first . What are they wanting to do?
Definitely need insurance reform, but have they got a written plan ?
Education vouchers is pretty straightforward.
What plans do they have on getting more American jobs ? I'm guessing the tax plan would be involved here.
I'm for all that , but what I'm asking is do they have a written plan of attack to achieve these goals

What do you mean plan of attack? The GOP is in the minority in both houses.

If you want to see the GOP plan for America look at the Trump presidency prior to Covid.

Election reform is already happening in republican states. You asked what the GOP plan is and that is it.

He's President. His party is in power. He sets the agenda. I dont see anyone actually caring about voter reform.

It's not the GOP's problem to find a solution for his agenda, that no one cares about.

Republicans havent set this agenda. GOP voters havent voted for it.

Dems wanted the green new deal, federalized elections. GOP doesn't want that, so why shouls they need to come up with the solutions for it?

We can only hope that some of the Dems remain, at least, semi-loyal to the American public and this Nation. They cave, as I greatly fear, and the future direction of THIS COUNTRY takes a decided LEFT turn to not turn back for a very long time. Scary!

GOP can't pass any bills in house or senate and if they did they'd get vetoed by President.

Asking what they want is just political theater.

What Biden should be asking is what do regular folks actually want, because finding policy solutions for those real problems might find broad support.

We cant keep doing what we are doing . If we have a Democrat president Republicans try & block everything & the same when the quarter is flipped.

Fund the police. Deport criminals and gang members.

Finish the border wall and stop illegal migration/drug flow into the country.

Prosecute criminals and enforce the the laws we have. Get crime under control.

Inflation reform (stop paying people not to work when supply chain is broken).

Stop vax mandates and allow workers to stock shelves.

Stop the CRT curriculum poisoning our young students. Allow parents to be involved in the schools.

Edit - Totally agree with election control. Voter ID and control of the machine calibration is essential. As is a definitive period for voting.

Agreed. Herein lies the problem with the insane rhetoric coming from the left. According to them, I’ve been trying to kill grandma since Pelosi came into power as the speaker the first time. Obama’s admin stopped seeking compromise and just started ramming **** through.

Honestly, before Obamacare, Reconciliation had never been used to ram through legislation. It had been used for budgetary issues, tax cuts, etc. the first eat it strayed was in 96 when they did welfare reform, which is budget related in every sense. These fvckers just tried to do immigration on it. WTF?

Biden lied. He said he was going to try and unite us. Every action he’s taken has been to divide us more.

To your original point, we’ve strayed a part to where we no longer see the same American and agree what it should be. I’m not compromising anymore. I did that, for 20 years, and they just kept taking. I’m at a red line where I will fight them on every issue and not give an inch. I’ll campaign and only vote for people who are of similar mind. I will only work towards taking my country back and relegating these fvcking progressive socialists back to the shadows of academien circle jerks.

Biden stood there yesterday claiming the Republicans block his agenda and then he talked about all the bills he has passed. Every bill he has passed had as much republican support in the senate as Democrat support.

He is a damn liar and if you fall for it you are an even bigger fool.

Bring back an expedited capital punishment for the most heinous of crimes.

I agree with this, & it's a Shame.
Seems we have no middle ground .
I would love to see Republicans doing more to point out there ideas in greater detail, that's what I'm wanting & why I asked the question. I agree with everyone on this board who has pointed out what middle America wants . Why cant Republicans do a better job of selling it to inner city voters?
I dont think mitch McConnell can sell it nor does he do a good job of articulating what Republicans want & see for the future

Crime in the cities is not joe Bidens fault it is the people of the cities fault. They need to vote better. I dont believe it is a federal issue. Could be wrong.
Now the federal DA he nominates for the states is on him & the senators who vote them in

They do block his agenda & I'm glad they are , but I want them laying out their own agenda & I want them explaining why & how it will be better for all . I know they are in the minority, but that dont mean they cant be hustling in the inner cities. That's what I'm asking about . As a independent leaning way right I'm wanting to see them work harder & smarter..

You can't work with the socialist and still have a great country. They all want the four houses that Sanders has that somebody else has paid for.

Republicans have been pointing this out for years. The message doesn't get to inner city voters or others because the media is a propaganda machine for the left. Any media that works to get out a message contrary to the lefts narrative is attacked and censored on social media.

I'll add to that list

Energy independence

Protection of 1st and 2nd amendment rights

Secure borders

End to vaccine mandates

Ending CRT in Government schools

Restoring our military superiority

Re-funding police

Tax free enterprise zones in inner cities

There are many, many more but that's just off the top my balding noggin

They need to get into the city, foot soldiers so to speak. Something, anything.

Especially if you are a president who admits later in the presser that he needs to act more like a president and less like a senator.

So he was acting more like a senator and still doesn't know where the compromise is, by his own admission.
