I hate 7 inning games.

You can put that one on the ump. Neither team could figure out what a strike was. When you see that many strike outs looking for both teams it makes it clear neither side knows where the plate is.

They just got lucky enough to get the extra base hit and we bobbled away the chance to get him at the plate

I think I felt better after getting steamrolled by the Hogs than I do after losing that one. Just seemed like one of those games where A&M needed about a dozen different things to happen to win, and dammit if all 12 didn’t go their way

Our bats need to wake up. 10 hits in 54 official at bats thru 2 games - .185 batting average. That ain't gonna win many road SEC series. Fortunately A & M only has 4 hits in 47 at bats - .085 batting average thru 2 games.

I hate 7 inning games too. 17’ing lame and it’s just not baseball. But also hats off to their pitcher. He threw very well. But **** I’d like to have 6 more outs at it.
