Why is everyone crying about the staff? This staff took an 0-11 to a 12-0. If they can do it once, let’s see if they can do it again. Trust In Frost. Also, with no change in staff everyone knows each other so less down time getting to know how the group operates. Just Trust in Scott.

I agree. I was hoping for Lubick and Williams, but we definitely need the OC, eyes in the sky, that knows the system.
Williams had plenty of failures. He was played by recruits and left open spots in the receivers room. New offers going out look to be more than adequet replacements. Like the fact offers have gone out to several bigger receivers
Strange that with all of these coaching changes in major college football, nobody has hired the great Keith Williams yet.
I could be wrong, but I think he's only known for sure that he wouldn't be staying at NU for a few days. Alot of the hiring of position coaches for some of the more desirable destinations takes place at the NCAA coaches meetings after the New Year.

Who says the "recruiting" class will leave? 2 things:
1. does the current commits fit what HCSF wants to instill in this team
2. this current NU staff is scouring the country for some elite talent they know will fit the system they are changing at DONU!!!!

It truly is amazing. Maybe even more so is NU having "two" recent ADs that were wayyyyyy beyond horrible. SE & Pedeyshine owned the bottom of the bucket.
10-4, 12-1, 9-4, 0-12, 6-7, 12-0. I love the SF hire, but I don't want to put him as the second coming without a LITTLE caveat on the UCF's 0-12 season. Clearly something else was going on there. Now, maybe it is similar to NU and we weren't really a 4-8 quality team. But it wasn't like UCF was Oregon State during their past life.

Interesting tidbit: LB coach Dewitt turned down a job with NASA to coach football awhile back, the guy sounds super intelligent. If anyone is interested in getting to know our new staff the UCF "rise and conquer" YouTube videos give you a little taste of their personalities. Judging a book by the cover I didn't know what to expect out of our QB coach but he's a heck of a guy!
