Hopefully Frost channels his inner Osborne (he's basically his clone) and his assistants stay their entire careers if they are up to par.
pretty sure it has been mentioned on this board before about his head coaching aspirations. i would be more surprised if his name doesn't get mentioned for openings. imo, i don't think he will be coaching the huskers very long.
Unfamiliar with the concept of other schools wanting our assistant coaches.
If Walters’ intent is to be a HC and run some variation of the Oregon system, then taking over RichRod’s roster would be a nice start.

Has a Power-5 school ever hired a non-P5 assistant with no head coaching experience, to be head coach? Seems like it would be unprecedented.
How come none of those big time colleges needing coaches never came after Cav, Banker and/or Diaco???????????

Considering one of their top recruits (Joiner) is visiting N plus watching UCF this past weekend I knew they would at least take a look at Walters.
Doesn’t look like he is in their top tier of ten possibles.
