That's fine, but that's just not how companies are going to operate. Yes, a few bad apples are going to ruin it for the rest of us, it's been that way for a long time.I don't accept that any of the responsibility for this falls to the customer.
I'm in the insurance industry. There are rules put in place that make it super annoying for those of us who follow the rules because of those who don't follow the rules. There are enough that don't follow the rules where it's noticeable to the company's bottom line so new rules are going to be put into place for everyone.
