During the Pelini years, a kid name Spencer Long burst on the scene and seized a starting spot. I didn't even know that Long was on the roster. Could Hixson be the next Spencer Long. Austin really likes the kids motor and the fact that he brings it every day.
A couple of other walk ons mentioned on the interior line are AJ Forbes and a spring ball star from last year, Hunter Miller. These guys are competing. This ain't the pipeline, but it much better than the garden hose that we've had in recent years.
