Sounds like the crazy game the one time I visited Wrigley. I was in Chicago while in college for a PBL convention and a group of about 8 went to see Cubs v Rockies. The Cubs were up 7 or 8 runs in like the bottom of the 7th and the group wanted to take mass transit buses back closer to the hotel to hit some bars. I was in the minority wanting to stay but I went with the group. We loaded the bus only to find out it was barred from leaving until the game was over for some reason and we couldn't get back in. We listened on the radio right outside Wrigley as the Brewers scored 7 or 8 to tie it in the top of the 9th just so Alfonso Soriano hit a walk off. I was wearing my cardinals jersey but hated to not see it.

I was pretty mad yesterday, but I'm over it. It was a completely flukish loss in weather conditions (40 mph winds and wind chill in lower 20s with misting rain) a baseball game should never be played in. Swanson and Albies both had 3 hits yesterday, both sporting over .900 ops, and Swanson on pace for 9.9 fWAR and Albies on pace for 10.4 fWAR. Obviously they won't maintain this pace, but the future is unbelievably bright for the braves

Dude I remember that was so crazy when they let the Brewers come in and play those last two innings. I believe they changed the rule right after that game so now the two teams that start the game have to be the ones to finish it. That's why it's so much easier today to keep track of wins and losses.
