Well yeah. But he only de committed to come to UK.

Exactly. We can thank Pope and Jeff Sheppard for the assist.

we’ve had many close victories at rupp with our former coach, with superior talent. this was different. we had bad calls, injuries and the crowd helped us win. this was a vintage home game and exactly what we’ve been missing. big win by pope and our guys. rupp was amazing.

This whole team is starting to show fight. This was really good. The young guns stepping up gives opposing teams something else to think about
Great win!

Kentucky defeats Tennessee twice and both tomes the Cats were shorthanded more than impressive!

[WeWant9]

Suck it, Tennessee.

What a win for the Cats!

Field of 68 peeps are at Kentucky at 11 PM ET they will go live

I will continue being anti Noah and Perry as long as they play like they did tonight.

Noah was +18 in 18 minutes.

[Warf2012]

That was a major win. Tennessee had been rolling since we beat them in Knoxville and had been on fire from 3. Extremely impressive performance from the Cats.

Wonder how far they move up in the polls?

They moved up 4 after getting last time.

They actually just went from 4 to 5 this week after two blowout wins last week. Florida jumped them after having just been beaten by UT recently. They should have jumped Duke at minimum. So who knows where they’ll land.

I know. But the week before they lost to us and moved up 4.

Huge win, hope Butler isn't out long, defense is so much better with him on the floor.
This TN team seem like good guys with great sportsmanship.

POPE VS. TENNESSEE

4-0 as a UK player
2-0 as the UK coach

Out there doing the world a favor by handing that awful orange L after L!

[bbnkat02]

I am soooooo happy to see we won. Sorry I missed it. I wasn’t feeling too hot and fell asleep. Always good to beat those dirty orange jerks. Go Cats!

Another nail in Barnes retirement coffin?

He said Ziegler was why he still was coaching so this year could be it.

Sit his *** down

About to be a blowout

I don't understand how people can be so negative and emotional.
4 guys banged up and we was still in the game.

He said Ziegler was why he still was coaching so this year could be it.

Well, Ziegler probably has ten more years at least

If that guy handles adversity is his daily life by prematurely jumping to worst case scenario conclusions, I wouldn’t want him in my fox hole.

I am gonna MISS Ziggy ! I am SO going to MISS HIM ! Love and shout out to him, bless his heart! and all my Vols friends, including my fiancee. She feels pretty LOW about last night. So I'm going easy on them this year.

Love that site handle by the way.

Zeigler reminds me of Erving Walker from Florida. Walker always found a way to shoot his team out of the game late. I hope Zeigler does the same thing tonight.
