Trying to buy seats for the iowa game on stubhub and I can't find a good answer for what rows and sections are the sections for visiting fans

Section 109 & 110. Those are what you want. That is where I sat during that 2012 game vs Iowa when we won 13-7 in freezing conditions. I believe those are the designated visiting team sections.
