I eat 3 cloves of pickled garlic a day and have picture perfect blood pressure. I eat what I want
I watch what I eat, exercise 1-2 hours a day, take blood pressure medication (low dosage), and see my doctor for an annual exam. My blood pressure is ±120/70. Height is 6’-3” and my weight is 190.

Time to work-out!

I do eat fairly healthy 5 days a week and my job has me active 50 to 60 hrs a week . I'm 5'7 about 165 blood pressure is 120/ 70 and take nothing. See my doctor once a year . I'm 52 so they say I have to now ....
I try and eat healthy foods , fresh local foods . I do think garlic and apples is a key to my good health.
I'm retiring in 3 years I'll go to a gym then ...maybe. I'm hyperactive and get up before the chickens and get busy

so good for you. I’m 71, and you may find you need a little pharmaceutical help once you reach my age. One food you may want to consider is oatbran. I have it for breakfast 3x a week and it’s very high in fiber.

I'm sure as I age I will need some pharma help . Hopefully I can keep active as I am . I truly enjoy working and staying busy. My only concern is I don't always get my heart rate up and maintain it for any length of time, that and my love of ice cream
