I would've fired any Special Teams coach after that 42 yard onside kick. When it comes to the Punt Stats, how much is that actually Okurch or the fact we've had Punters who can boom it 60+ yards and keep in the air for nearly 5 seconds every time?

Good thing you are not a head coach. See what @Richard Schnyderite said.
So, on one hand you would have fired the coach for a bad bounce and a player mistake on one play, and on the other hand you will give that same coach zero credit for excellent stats for his unit. Tough boss you are.

How about directing Kickoffs twice to the same stud Returner who burned us both times.
This guy couldn’t find another ST position at any other program.
