minuteman55 back again. Sorry, Boss, I tried the password links you sent, but did not change anything. If you guys, or the Rivals folks cannot fix this, I may as well just have you cancel all my current connections to WVsports. Then I will try to subscribe anew, hopefully with better luck. I still can't figure what caused this mess in the first place. I'll check back later. Thanks.

I'm working on it but it's difficult since I can see that the account works correctly by signing into it myself. I just have to figure out why it won't work on your end. I think it's because you now have two accounts and it's all screwed up. Have you tried to use the 55 account on a different device/computer?

Yes, tried it on my wife's laptop with no success. Also, my son in Georgia tried it with my information and he could not get on Blue Lot either. Sorry. Minuteman.

The strange thing is there's nothing special about me being able to access the account. I'm doing it no different than you would.

Anyway possible to just delete both usernames from the database and then re-register with a code for a blue lot subscription?

I could do that but it really doesn't make sense with how this is working.. Or not. I can sign into the account and get full access so that tells you it isn't a problem with the original account.

I'm working with the tech guys to see if they have any suggestions.

Yeah it seems like a weird issue. At first I was thinking maybe Rivals and the ISP was having issues and somehow locked that account out of the Premium content, then however you was able to log in the other day and access it. Then to make it more confusing is the fact that using other devices and ISP’s from his side is unable to access it. Hopefully everything can get straightened out. I’d be interested in what was ultimately the main issue.
