I know you guys do not handle the billing, but I have to tell you about my problem. Yesterday I was knocked off of the Blue Lot (been a member for decades). I assumed my account was always renewed automatically from my credit card. Tried the help line and they would not let me simply renew my subscription. After several tries to update my standing account, in frustration I decided to simply re-subscribe. Even that would not work. It tells me they have all my information, but still will not let me on the Blue Lot. I am retired is southeast Alabama and this site is my lifeline to mountaineer sports. I am minuteman55 (or minuteman36 under a new subscription). I am hoping you can help a loyal supporter of this site. You have my email address. Thanks.

There's no issue with the minuteman55 account in terms of billing on our end. What happens when you sign into that account? It is active and you should have full access.

It goes to Account Info, but still no place to sign in.
Did you sign out of minuteman36 first? Click your name at the top right side of the board and choose log out. Then try to sign back in to the other account.
