I know you guys do not handle the billing, but I have to tell you about my problem. Yesterday I was knocked off of the Blue Lot (been a member for decades). I assumed my account was always renewed automatically from my credit card. Tried the help line and they would not let me simply renew my subscription. After several tries to update my standing account, in frustration I decided to simply re-subscribe. Even that would not work. It tells me they have all my information, but still will not let me on the Blue Lot. I am retired is southeast Alabama and this site is my lifeline to mountaineer sports.
