minuteman here yet again. I am sorry to come back to contacting you through MMB, but I am out of options. I changed my password several times via your email with no success. In desperation I even tried doing away with my subscription, but was unable to find a way to do even that. I thought by dropping the account I could re-subcribe with a different password, etc. Clicked on the Rivals help link and it says that page no longer exists. I imagine this business is as frustrating for you as it is for me, but, as I said before, this site is very important to me as my lifeline to Mountaineer sports. I am still curious as to why this happened in the first place, but the main thing is to get things back to normal. I realize I have no computer skills and, although I have hit 82, I don't think I have quite hit senility. Still hoping you guys can find a solution. Thanks.

You've changed the password on the old account and still don't have access? I can do it on multiple devices so it's clearly something in your system. I'm not giving up on getting it fixed but when I know it's working on this end it's really difficult to do much because there's nothing we could change that would make it work on your computer/device.

The browser that you use to access the site, what is that? Chrome, Safari, etc?

Vernon, my computer uses Exlorer, but I tried it on Chrome also. May I ask, when you access the account on your end what, if any, password do you use? I will hang on here to try whatever you might suggest.

I just created a new password when I did it. I'll go through and create another password for the old account and email that to you. Then you can try that and see if it works for you.
