I wonder who will last longer, Venables or Sark?

With Texas and OU both going to the SEC, I don't see either one lasting very long.

I did not think he would make it past this season and I am guessing that the AD is already "looking around" to see who he can try and steal.

It's hard to judge what kind of job he's done in oklahoma, because I don't think any college program in the country lost as much as they did from top to bottom from last year to this year

He was an interesting hire. Just goes to show, even when you're a school that could hire almost anyone - sometimes you end up with Brent Venables. Such a razor thin margin between success and failure these days. Well, unless you're Nebraska.

Peelini should be top of their list. Straight shooter, all about the athletes, and top of every schools list.
Jk, he wouldn’t get a look at JV head man in high school

I always thought he would be another Bud Foster. Great DC, reluctant to be the head guy.

FWIW, Dave Aranda was also somewhat reluctant to be a head coach. I think I read that his 7-year-old talked him into it

Thanks for bumping the Analyst’s post. His takes were so bad that they were entertaining. I miss him.
Speaking of analysts, what happened to both Recruiting Analyst National and Recruiting Analyst World? Would love to hear either of those two’s thoughts on DR.
