We have the kids, otherwise we’d have been there for the OSU game next weekend. Oh well, I’d rather save the hotel and airline points usage for London next December.

The ticket sales are horrible for both games.
The Utah game is a doubleheader with UNC/Gonzaga. The upper arena is closed off. The lower arena is not even 40% sold.
The CBS Sports Classic doubleheader has the whole arena open, and the place is just a little over half sold. 3 years ago during the Monk game the place was sold out and was one of the best neutral atmospheres ever.

First I’ve heard that the Wednesday game was a double header...are you sure? My ticket only has one game listed.

UNC is on shaky ground right now. No Cole Anthony, 4 losses now and games vs. Gonzaga and UCLA in the next week. They follow those up with a decent Yale team on 12/30....might be at .500 going into full conference tilt...yikes.
I'm in with 6 at Ballys , leaving tomorrow, Seats 4 rows off floor for Utah 
And I did wonder how this years Vegas attendance from the Big Blue Mist would compare to the Monk/Fox UNC game which was UNREAL ! I said we had close to 15K there that day . But this team isn't close in star power to that team . And we are not playing a big rival. Still have a good showing but I'm thinking 6-8 K Cat fans ? Scum from the b!G tIn might bring 500 people . I hate Tosu worse than UNC or Louisville. Cant stand them at all.

Hmmm. That is a 8pm start and UK’s game is at 10. But while the app shows UK’s game at T-Mobile in Vegas it shows the UNC-Gonzaga game in Spokane. I assume that’s ESPN’s mistake because the double header makes more sense. Which means UK’s game may start at like 10:30 pm. Unless you live in the MTZ.
Games without Cole Anthony don't count against UNC. Out of Bilas mouth ten times next game.
Heading out Tues AM for 2 nights, staying at the Park. Nice quick trip for wife and I; can't lose it all in 2 nights. Section 17, a few rows behind the bench. Someone asked above, but UK party stayed at Aria a few years back when we played UNC. Not sure about this time. GBB!!!
I apologize. The UNC game is not in Vegas. They play Gonzaga before us on ESPN. I just assumed it was in Vegas since UNC will be there on Saturday against UCLA. Still the ticket sales are abysmal and the arena will look very empty.
The Las Vegas Alumni UK Club will be hosting some events around town for those interested.

if cbs classic wants to sale tickets being around christmas they should put this event in indy at bankers or in north carolina. people are not traveling as much these days to watch sports. i can get free hotels rooms in las vegas but they charge $35.00 dollar resort fee's per night these days
Part of the reason is that the UCLA-UNC game will be unwatchable. They are both terrible. As for the roll call, we get there early on Wed and leave out on Sunday. Staying at the Trump International.
Then they will only have 9 games to impress the committee, because I don't think he comes back. I think that he will sit, until the draft.

I can't either, but we will probably being flying back on the same flight with a bunch of OSU fans, since we are flying out of Columbus. Lexington, Louisville, and Cincinnati, were all booked for a Sunday return.
I would rather you’d been right and ESPN wrong. Oh well makes it very likely UNC drops their 4th in a row.
Heading out early Wed. morning, returning on Sunday afternoon. Staying at Cosmopolitan. Was there a few years ago for the UNC game and it was a blast. UK fans were everywhere (though oddly enough, there were nearly as many UNC fans at the game, they just weren't as visible as BBN around vegas prior to the game). I don't expect quite as many UK fans this time b/c Ohio state doesn't move the needle like UNC does and it's very close to christmas, but it should still be a lot of fun.
Wheels up outta Lex tomorrow at 8AM and land in Vegas around lunch. Staying until Monday afternoon to soak in an entire NFL Sunday in the book.

Along with Jaden Hardy (UK is practicing at Hardy's HS tonight/possibly all week, not sure on that aspect), Kai Sotto who plays against Makur Maker tonight, and several other high profile recruits.
Arriving Friday afternoon 2 nights at Paris. I'm from Southern California so its nice to finally see the cats come play in my area. It will be the wife's first Kentucky game!
I’ll be there Saturday and possibly tomorrow depending on my schedule. Live in Vegas now, so it’s extra special to have them out here to watch live!
