Vedral was excellent against Michigan. He's our best option right now and likely next season as well. Nice rebound from a tough game against improving Illinois. Let's just keep him healthy the rest of the year. Thrilled that he took the chance to come here.

Art is so much better. This is a blessing in disguise. Art has the ability to lead us to big things in the future. He needs to start next week and we won’t look back.
Yeah, Gleason can design a play where we fumble the ball I forward and then we jump on it! It will be epic.

Yesterday was not a good day for ScIls02. Indiana and vedral. When you make a prediction and are a little obnoxious about it you better be right . Look at me and the legandary “Ash will get us smashed thread “. I took my lumps but was proven right decisively . That’s why I have a lot of board cred . ScIls, you don’t .
You have been dismissed !
Lol, you're kidding right? You must be a "moral victory" type of guy that's never played sports at a high level. Vedral 1-4. Two losses (IL and IND) directly because of his poor play and last week he blew a 17-pt lead vs. a team we clearly looked better than. "Wow but he had good stats!" Haha proves my point. Set your standards a little higher. Speaking of stats, HE LEADS THE BIG TEN IN TURNOVERS YOU CLOWN. That's kind of important when you play QB in football at any level in case you're not aware.

Indiana absolutely just another team. They will end the year with 2-3 losses and be jumbled with the rest of the Big Ten JUST LIKE I SAID FROM THE START. Both NW and Wisky are better than them as well. Go back to your basement. Facts never lie.

Also, let me remind you I've been the only one on the board from week 1 to say our o-line and wr's have been fine, while everyone else was mocking them.

Hey Tica my stalker - Is 1-4 as starter good? Is leading the Big Ten in turnovers as a player good? You another "moral victory" or "blowing leads is ok" type guy? You can read my post to Plum Tree of you want more since you're obsessed with me like a creep. You're not worth any more time here.

Rutgers has the most improved offense in college football. If you ask me, the defense let us down in the 2nd half of the Michigan game (and the special teams). But you know much more.

Ah, I see the 6 year old now has to resort to name calling.
I literally just posted my identical arguments with even more facts to back it up and your respond is just an image to rile up people more. Who's the little child? Post something with substance one day.

We had plenty more chances to score after 17-0. But you know mich more.

He also couldn't stop the run on defense.
Could you believe he let that kickoff return go for a 95 yard TD to let the lead get cut to 3? Where the hell was Vedral on that play? Think he was sitting on the bench.

I get that a lot of you dislike Scil because he does come across like a d**che but do you all believe that Vedral is a good quarterback or just the best we have? This is serious question. I think he had a good game against a horrible secondary but he really hasn’t shown me anything that would make me believe he is ‘good’. I don’t know if we have anyone better either, I trust that Greg and Sean are better equipped to make that decision than any of us.

Yeah I know, he was the designated stick your foot out and trip the returner accidently guy on that one.

This is, to me, a rhetorical question. I trust Greg to know who the best is. The fact that Vedral is the starter should answer your question.

I don’t care what SCIL thinks, either. He’d probably do better without the name calling and maybe he wouldn’t get made fun of...but I get the feeling he doesn’t care...

He is average but he is moving the ball and we are scoring points, that's why SCIL arguments are ridiculous. If Gleeson thought someone else could turn us into a BIG12 offense I am sure they would be in there.

Fair to disagree there. My standards as a fan are to win games, which we certainly have proven we are capable of under Schiano. We should be 3-2 if he didn't turn the ball over like it was going out of style. My standards aren't to lower to bar and say "well he's the best QB out of the Qb's Ash was trotting out there the past few years."

The offense was good against UM once Gleeson didn't set them up to fail by constantly running up the middle on first down for 2 yds or less. By avoiding putting the offense in obvious passing downs it made RU tougher to defend and more unpredictable. Just look at chunk plays off 1st down passes.

As long as Gleeson continues to mix it up on 1st down the offense will have success.

Gleeson is still learning what works with the talent he has. His play calling has changed over the last few games and will continue to evolve just like Vedral's comfort running this offense will increase each game. It takes time and patience is needed.

We also have to accept that Art needs to be fixed and it's better to let Gleeson work with him in practice to fine tune him. Barring Vedral going down it's not a bad thing for Art to not see the field this year if he's in a better place to challenge for the starting spot next season.

One guy doesn't make us 3-2 or 1-4. Your arguments are a joke.

Love Greg but coaches make mistakes on who to start all the time. You want a million examples?

I've been called a ton of names on this board for doing nothing. Just returning the favor.
