During interview after Huskers swept #16 Kentucky 3-0, HC John Cook mentioned before VB he was a defensive coordinator in football. Said no matter what sport he coaches, it all starts with defense for him.

Coincidence? Thoughts?

🤣
I heard that and I wasn't sure if he was aware of Chin's dismissal or what.

If Cook were DC I'll bet our LB's would show much better lateral movement!

Maybe Cook wants to apply to be the head coach of our football team.
