Has Caffey said if she is coming back? We probably need to look for a middle in the portal. We have 2 freshman other wise. Well 1 may be a sophomore.
She should have had more playing time this year. Good #'s , lifter of the year. She would take the place of stivrins so who takes that spot? Does Callie go to LBS?
KU's top middle just portal-committed to Wisconsin, so I'm sure Ray Bechard will have a spot for Callie in Lawrence.
As for Nebraska, Kaitlyn Hord is still out there, Caffey could come back to start work on her Ph.D., we have Gray and Meyer from this year's roster, and Allick will be a freshman.

Supposedly next year we will be back to 12 scholarships....per LJS article....and that some seniors may not have scholarships.
It's crazy to consider Callie is #6 in career blocks basically only playing 3 full seasons. Wish her nothing but the best. Always a Husker.
Wonder if we ever get to a point where NIL could replace scholarship money. Think of Lexi sun this year. Made a ton of NIL money. More than enough to pay her room, board, and tuition
