Omaha is starting to put things together. Huskers can't take all the talent in the state. The state of nebraska has/had some really good volleyball players.

When they play the FB state championships there, they probably get 4,000 to 5,000 tops and it is a horrible environment for those games.

I feel like you would need at least 50,000 for it to see loud and impressive? I don't know, maybe that is way off.

I bet if you sold tickets for $20 you’d have minimum of 50,000

I heard Cook say Batenhorst had back spasms, so she couldn't play.

Three items:
1. They don't play beach volleyball in the fall in Lincoln NE.
2.Practices for beach volleyball are usually conducted outdoors
3. Beach volleyball is an entirely different sport.

Cook has earned the right to do whatever he wants.

Agree cook can do what he wants but need two great setters for the 6-2 to work and he doesn’t have 2 great setters - ultimately it will fail come championship time

There's still time for Orr to become a great setter. Plus Cook is known for tinkering with things early in the season, the man can flat-out coach - I think he'll have things figured out by the end of the season. Last year was a great example when giving Launstein, Krause, and Batenhorst a shot early in the season while sitting Sun - that worked out pretty well for them when they exceeded expectations and made a nice run at the championship.

Yep. We might drop a few as Cook finds the best lineup, but we know come tourney time we will be ready. No one is better than Cook. Need to rename Devaney to the Cook Center.

Someone asked Cook about that on his radio show last year. No interest since it’s an indoor sport and the wind factor. He joked you would never see them playing on an aircraft carrier like Mens basketball.
