... and, if you can, be sure to stand up in front of him.

Would it be over the top to follow him, ringing your bell, when he leaves his seat?

He calls security on anyone that asks him to tone it down. Guy is a real POS.

Talk to several of the fans around him and get them all agree to the same story and then tell security that he is either

a. saying something sexist constantly to the wimmens
b. playing pocket pool with both hands
c. offering or taking funny looking pills then says, "bombs away!"
d. keeps arguing with someone that isn't there
e. offering pamphlets on the Church of Satan or Scientology
f. Keeps asking boys if they've seen a grown man naked
g. Make up your own story

Bet he gets tossed then,

Franklin later admitted he and Pack were aiming their whistles at the ESPN microphones positioned over their heads in sections 107 and 108 of TD Ameritrade Park where many in the Commodore Club, players' families and faculty had purchased tickets.

After the officer left, Franklin said Connie Wiel, the mother of Vandy first baseman Zander Wiel, told him that the incessant whistling annoyed some of Vandy's fans and asked that he and Pack do it only after a big play was made by the Commodores.
"She said the policeman told her, 'Y'all can whistle like that, just keep it toned down,'" Franklin said. "So we started doing that."
That lasted only for a couple of innings. By the seventh, the duo was back to whistling non-stop.
"We were doing the same thing we were doing in the first inning," Franklin said. "At that point we didn't care; there were only three innings left and we were looking to win a national championship. And darn it, we did and that's awesome."

What a douche nozzle!

He has about 3 or 4 Vandy fans sit on either side of him and a few directly behind him. It looks like they’re trying to protect him. Almost like he’s had issues before.

It is hard to believe someone hasn’t gotten ahold of him.

He's either much more imposing than that picture or as someone else pointed out, a few bricks short. Who wants to be the one caught picking on a retarded person in public?

How is that possible in our stadium? Thought the seats were sold out. Sounds like a GA puzzle to solve.

I was standing right by him the first inning of the Saturday Game, I moved pretty quick.

First inning of action one of our fans sitting right in front of him told him to shut up to which he replied "MY players love it and thats all that matters, so I'm gonna keep whistling." Ironically he sat right next to stadium security the whole game and by the end of the game when i walked back around there were three members of stadium security around him. He was an older fellow that had a boot on his right leg and walked with a cane, so it would have been a little tougher for someone to want to have a knock down drag out with him and kick the **** out of him.
