Good thing is that when we get into the tournament, he will so much fresher than just about everybody else.

I, too, am thrilled to death to have Vanderbilt healthy and contributing. I'm also thrill with the victory over the Hogs.
I wasn't able to watch or otherwise follow the Arkansas game. I have only seen the box score (at 2:30 a.m., EST), and I see that -- again -- Vanderbilt had far-and-away the best per-minute numbers on the team, which were 0.579 points per minute and 0.474 rebounds per minute.
My question . . . not argumentatively but just asking for information -- if he's far-and-away leading the team in points-per-minute and rebounds-per-minute . . . why did he play only 19 minutes ?
I'm sure there's a good reason. I'm looking forward to reading it in this thread.

He should come back, he brings energy and enthuiasism, but needs to work on his offense a great deal.
Hey 65, I think you just ask the question that we all have been wondering. It's very exciting to see how this team has turned it around. We started out down 11-0 tonight. But once Cal put our best players on the floor, it was on. I loved the way we crashed the boards, played man on man defense, & moved the ball on offense. Cal is still learning how to play this team. He has got to figure out how to get Vando more mins. He played 19 mins last night & 19 mins against Bama. Playing the 5 is working for him. I know Cal want to do right by giving Richards & Jones mins, but Vando gives us more per minutethan any player on the team. I credit Vando's play, for making everyone else play harder. I know PJ & Knox are giving a lot more effort now since Vando has been playing more. Now lets beat Missouri Saturday & keep climbing that tournament seeding ladder. Great job Cats!
He was limited some by fouls in the 1st half.
Love the guy, I just feel like he needs more than 19mins. He rarely get's out of the teens. We are at the point now he should be in decent shape. I would like to see him play a min. of 25 mins/game.
