We played liked crap and were not winning anyway . But bad sign he shouldn’t have gotten a second . He either didn’t need to be out there or needed to be as quiet as a church mouse

Embarrassing Rutgers

Not how the school should be represented. One tech its a mistake..2nd no good

Unacceptable for a strength and conditioning coach to effect the game

Did he even say a word on the second T? Just threw his hands in the air?

Gotta zip it up, espercially if you already have one T. If he got the T for his arms out, that's bogus. If he was jawing again, with the way things were getting feisty, you just gotta know better.

Frustration call by the ref who clearly had a poor officiating game. When a coach gets frustrated he complains, When a ref gets frustrated he uses his whistle to T up fol

Vandykes role is to make the team mentally and physically stronger. Part of that training is to be mentally strong to overcome the adversity brought on by unfriendly environments and to not be unnecessarily influenced by the referees. He was way out of line today. Guy should be embarrassed by his actions today. Unacceptable for a guy that far down the bench.

the game was heated, they were calling Ts on jawing between players, we have no idea the actually things said by those involved and the warnings they were given

its inexcusable full stop...Fran should also be embarrassed about his son being tossed.
All true but I’m sure Fran is not embarrassed. All the McCaffreys are punks. He’s a good coach though

I'm proud of him!! Loved it. If anyone knows him, please DM me. I will buy him a beer, or beers all night. Place of his choosing. And I'm not kidding.

Said it the game thread. That last tech should have been on Pike. He was the one jawing, not the strength coach. He just happened to be there And Paul didn't say a peep on the second double tech. Bac, love your posts, but there is a middle ground. With all that said Iowa was better than us. Would have been interesting to see what happens if they don't reverse the elbow to Ron's chin.

The worst to me was the T on mulcahy. They had a close up of him and he literally did not say a word.

This Refb crew was weak today....the double technical was ridiculous since McCaffery was already warned after swatting McConnell's arm earlier.

The bad look for Pike is that his team continues to get screwed by the refs and since he is unwilling to protect them the players and assistant coaches feel the need to step in.
Agreed if there was ever a game for him to lose it and get a technical this was the game how do you light a fire under your team when you just sit there and take the BS from the refs game after game and never get a technical come on look at all the good coaches even if we don’t like them that is how they do it they get technical fouls

I do think there is merit to the comment about giving the SnC coach the T vs. Pike as he was right there too.

Accordin to @bac2therac mulcahy deserved the T.

When asked to explain what paul did to deserve the T bac never responded. Figures

I saw the Iowa player bump into paul and mouth off in his face. In return I saw paul puts his hands up and keep his mouth shut. Paul didn’t even make eye contact with the kid !!!!

In what possible universe are paul’s actions there worthy of a T. I still await bacs explanation
