Rivals posted an article on recruiting showing that Manuel of St. Patrick's (The Patrick School) is being recruited mostly by RU and Illinois. Seton Hall which was thought to be his destination was not in contact for a while but now are calling again. He is 6'9" and is rated quite high.

He says he likes Coach Pikiell a lot and the idea that RU is in New Jersey where he lives.

As for Rutgers, where he took an unofficial visit about a month ago, he said, “The coaches say they like the way I play. They want me to go there and play. They like how I compete and they say I can be the next best big man on their team….Yeah, I like the message.”
