He has been a total failure in the NCAA tournament and his style of play is like a trip to the dentist.

Could be a string of bad luck and it could be recruiting because he rarely ever had a go to guy. Malcolm Brogdon, Justin Anderson and Perrantes are 3 of the best players he has had but they really never had any inside depth at all. Still would choose Tony Bennett over Sean Miller as our next coach if Cal would ever leave. (Hoping Cal stays for 30 more years.)

But then there's another metric out there to show they beat someone who played someone tough and lost by 3 after beating a team they beat by 5 but didn't cover and North Carolina has a good schedule = justification to move on up!!!

It's just a jab at the thread about "why" UNC moved up after losing to wofford.

Imagine how bad it feels to actually be a NCAA darling and then have the refs go against you. Must be like a double kick in the balls.

I really, really like Tony Bennett. One hell of a coach. Virginia isn't really a national powerhouse so his recruiting isn't the greatest but his Xs and Os are outstanding and his defensive schemes are downright scary.

I’d rather watch a team coached by Stevie Wonder. Just horrible, boring, slow basketball
