Maybe it's just me, but usa looked slow. The women's team always seemed to be the fastest team on the pitch, but now they all seem slower except for rodman and lavelle.

For this match, Rodman might have looked fast, but she played horribly.

The match was an utter s#!t show.
That's typical of what you get when you play in or against South American teams, especially with the men, although Brasil usually is a little more laid back than Argentina or Uruguay. A lot of those teams are petulant at best and dirty at worst.

It seemed clear that the Brazilian women were set to out physical the US in both games. Based on the red card awarded to their head coach, it was coming from the top down. I’m not sure how the referee coup have done much better. It was a real mess.
