A/F Playoff winner is likely to be either El Salvador or Trinidad & Tobago.
B/E winner is likely Canada or Haiti.
C/D winner is likely Curacao or Panama.

The failure of not qualifying last World Cup has killed my enthusiasm, and frankly the team has continued to suck too. Itโ€™s one of those deals where even if they qualify this time (as they absolutely should), I have very little faith the current pool of players can get out of the group stage in a World Cup.

Mine too. I can't even watch the national team since then. And when I have, it's been awful. We have a mid-level MLS coach, and zero positive support from the Federation. But if we can get our players healthy and actually call in the best players, this could be the most talented USA team ever. Still very young though.

I'm a huge soccer fan but it's been difficult to get back into the sport when the entire league disrespects the flag. I'm not sure how this is going to play over into the national team, but if a team that represents an entire county can't get past their childish (worthless) howling at the moon, then they will lose another segment of their fan base. That's something that the present state of American soccer can't afford.

They are lucky to still have me after their pathetic performance leading up to the last world cup.

Iโ€™ve tried to watch them recently as well and itโ€™s been a pretty awful product. Iโ€™m just getting into watching the sport and finding that I really lean toward certain styles. For example I watch some of the MLS tourney and really enjoyed LAFC even though they were without their best player.

I think itโ€™s the fact that they are one of the few teams that seems to be actively trying to score.

Meanwhile even to my novice eye I could tell watching the last World Cup qualifiers how much we stunk as a team

Do yourself a favor and watch the Premier League, or the Bundesliga. MLS is better than it used to be but it's still garbage. But if you get a chance to go see Atlanta United play, do it.

Iโ€™m an Arsenal fan so watching the EPL isnโ€™t that much more fun LOL.

Ha. I'm a Liverpool fan, so it's been pretty good the last couple of years. I actually think Arteta is doing a pretty good job of getting Arsenal back on track after the last few Wenger years and the Unai Emery disaster.

Depends on who we hire to replace FdB. If it's an attack minded coach, then definitely. But we're looking pretty toothless without Josef.
