Watching Cowherd on my lunch and he is unveling the new USFL....wow. I didn't know it was on the horizon.

I cant believe I'm saying it but I liked the XFL teams and logos better.

It was announced last year they would bring back the USFL. They have even secured rights to all or at least most of the original team nicknames and will try to incorporate them into the league. They also want to get started before the Rock's version of the XFL gets going.

Out of the 8 logos I saw, 6 of them looked like WNBA stuff.

One of the best 30min of TV of all time...listening to Les Nesman describing the turkeys hitting the ground like bags of wet cement and the look on Andy's face....to good.

I actually thought the latest XFL was gonna make it, until covid shut it down.

It was gonna work. One of these will eventually stick and that will mark a whole new landscape for college football. It will never be the same.

I really liked the original USFL in the early to mid 80s. Was good football with some really good players.
