Cal needs to win and will....get that part but a facility is going to be here long after Cal is gone.
Calipari is 63, he ain't changing, and he's not winning another natty in Lexington. It's truly time to quit with the foolishness.

Calipari's self-proclaimed priority isn't to win championships, remember? Since the spring of 2008, Kansas has won two championships [one thanks to Calipari crapping his pants on the Memphis sidelines] Dook has won two championships, N. Carolina has won two championships, Villanova has won two championships, and UConn has won two championships. In the last two seasons Calipari has "coached" UK to a 9-16 record followed by a complete waxing in the first round by the Sacred Heart Fightin' Gordie Lockbaums or whoever the eff they were. That's what UK basketball has deteriorated into under Calipari's guidance.

You can daydream otherwise, but Calipari's just collecting paychecks while screaming "GOOO!" and "RUNNN!" on the sidelines.

"storied Carolina Arena"? WTH?
Talk about telling stories!
Do the graphics there say anything about when UK goes to Columbia and has more fans in the stands than the 'Cocks? Lol

Yeah, it's hard to argue with that. There is no way South Carolina should have better facilities than UK. And all these other schools are investing in basketball, yes, even the "football schools" are investing in men's basketball. Maybe it's not so unreasonable to want a new practice facility, and especially if Cal is willing to help raise the money. I say take him up on his offer and make him put his money where his mouth is. If he can raise the money, build it. If not, don't. Seems simple to me.

And they don't haver better facilities than UK. They have an old arena repurposed into practice courts and offices. There is nothing better about South Carolina's practice facility that the Joe Craft Center. You're falling for it.

Who is gonna tell the Lakers that the flippin South Carolina Gamecocks have a better practice facility than them... well according to UK fans on twitter and Cats Illustrated anyway. They apparently have a better facilty for 1/10th of the price.
