USC VS NU 1ST HALF GAME THREAD!

I was afraid USC would get smart and start running the ball.
Right now I’m happy that USC decided to abandon the run in the red zone.
They’re getting 10 yards a pop running it so Lincoln calls 3 straight pass plays in the redzone. LOL.
Better dudes. Lincoln Riley has been puttin O linemen in the league for a decade and is in a recruiting hotbed. HUGE NIL base.
They ran down the field so easy, got in the red zone and called 3 pass plays. Logical
Better revisit our 3rd down hold rate. Ty and Nash were beasts but they had been in the system for 5 years.
Better than 7. But I sure hope we figure how to counter their adjustments on O. They made that drive look way too easy.
Not expecting us to be able to run it much from here on out. SC has the dudes and will adjust to what Dana is doing.
Corc got abused on that pass incompletion. Just not quick enough to play on the edge.
Playcalling on third and long so far (twice so far conceding the punt) is directly related to our OL lack of pass pro ability.
Looks like every other guy we have tried there. At some point, you have to just help him with another blocker.
He’s the third team guy. The first drive kind of shocked me. SC’s backer shed I think Rocco to make the play on that 3rd down.
The alternative is giving up 9 sacks. DH was criticized for his playcalling allowing Minnesota to get to our QB at will.
He called the game last week specifically to work around the weak OL. That worked against Northwestern. Don't know if it will work against USC. Hopefully it will.
Didn’t notice if we lined Luke up outside him on third down. Definitely a weak link. Wasn’t Corc an Austin recruit that Minnesota didn’t offer?
