Agreed. Don’t want O state or bama in playoff, but really really glad to watch that beatdown.
USC clearly had more skill then Utah but it didn’t even matter because Utah was so much more physical. They Dominated both lines of scrimmage - USC looked like a flag football team that wanted no part of blocking or tacking.
Nice to see USC getting routed before moving to the BIG, where they have a winning record against every single BIG team.
He would have been a far better hire than Mike Riley and perhaps we could have completely avoided the whole Scott Frost debacle.
That’s what happens when you hire a lawyer who has no business being AD that has to ask another AD who he should hire..

Utah beat USC twice. They are good, but not great. Had 3 losses including a 6-6 Florida team. If USC was legit they would have taken care of business. They aren't legit
Doubtful he would have come. He has coached at Utah since the early 90s and is Mormon(played at BYU). He is very much a Utah culture guy. Maybe they could have got him before Utah moved to the pac12 but at that point doubt he had any reason to leave. He would have left by now if he did

Utah had.a great defensive game plan. I never saw them send less than 5 guys after Williams. It was a track meet to see who could get to the QB first but there was always a guy in each gap it seemed. That’s what happens when you’ve got a bunch of 6th year senior 28 year olds on your defense
