Why are a Pitt fan and PSU fan talking smack on a Rutgers board? Anyway, Rose Bowl loss aside PSU are the Big Ten champs and flags fly forever.
That's what I said but it was explained that the PSU fan is allowed to tell Rutgers fans to STFU and rattle off everything Penn State on this board because he's a dinner guest on this board. So no worries, I guess.

its such bullsh!t that the mods continue to allow PSU fans to post here even though the majority of the board wants these PSU trolls banned

When a guest insults the host, the guest should be told to go.
I can understand why a visitor might get upset, but that visitor must remember where he/she's at and should expect a ban ( permanent or temporarily) if any of their replies do not show respect toward Rutgers or a member this board.
Guests must remember they are not on their own school's board and are visitors here, so they must behave or be told to get lost if they don't .

I made one post in this whole thread that was out of line.

I don't get you HAT. One minute you're having a back and forth, civil conversation with me and then the next you are piling on.

You don't go into someone else's house and piss on their floor. I'm pretty sure Rutgers fans don't even get a chance to step onto the BWI lawn, let alone step inside and have a chance to piss on their floor.

Who invited those turds to begin with?

At any rate, I can't see or hear what they think we're missing. The ignore feature is fantastic.

In reply to kjb32812 saying :
>”I made one post in this whole thread that was out of line.
I don't get you HAT. One minute you're having a back and forth, civil conversation with me and then the next you are piling on. “<
Here’s why

I had said this to you in this thread >”
Was a great game, just not the ending you envisioned.
I caught the end but from this thread sounded like a great game and you lost your cool a couple of times.
That tends to happen when you're posting on a site that has a lot of posters that doesn't like your team very much . <

Your STFU message to a RU fan on a RU message board is enough to let you or any other visitor that comes on Scarlet Nation be reminded to remember where you’re at and not dictate what can be said on this board.
Also this insult to some members of this board wasn’t appreciated by me, but I didn’t think it was worth making a big deal over : >“Remember two years ago with the OSU game? Never been a bigger two failures by the refs but the mouth breathers on here loved it. “<

Another reply you made to someone that doesn’t like you’re posting here and said so after you told him STFU: >Well, you're a hater and couldn't formulate an unbiased comment if your life depended on it.”< was something that could be said in the BWI board by you towards a RU fan that doesn’t like Penn St, but doesn’t belong on this board.

This sarcastic statement wasn’t appreciated by me >”.Franklin probably approached and threatened their professors. “< I took it as using RU’s ex HC stupid move to insult the RU posters that are claiming academics are responsible for suspensions .

So to me you made more than one questionable statement in this thread and there was another post you made about Darius Hamilton I considered an insult for your implying he was ruined by going to Rutgers that was deleted from this thread or something you posted on another thread
So I wasn’t piling it on as much as my feeling you were showing more disrespect than should be accepted and that’s why I made the statement :
>When a guest insults the host, the guest should be told to go.
I can understand why a visitor might get upset, but that visitor must remember where he/she's at and should expect a ban ( permanent or temporarily) if any of their replies do not show respect toward Rutgers or a member this board.

I didn’t mention you, so your taking it personally might mean you know you lost your cool in some of your replies but refuse to accept you were wrong posting some of the things you did.
Generally I don’t have a problem with you posting on Scarlet Nation ( especially in threads started about your Nits) and try to reply respectfully, but If I feel you’re in the wrong I won’t STFU about it and I will let you know my feelings in the strongest terms.

The STFU comment was the only one I think was disrespectful. I tend to take quite a bit of ribbing on here and generally let it roll off my back. Making a sarcastic comment to return the ribbing isn't that big of a deal. Kind of like me ribbing Patrick with my meme.

My Hamilton comment was in direct response to one poster and not ITT. It was also a play on the numerous threads I have read on here about a certain coach ruining a certain QB.

You make sure you post only when you are directed to do so, make sure it is complimentary, and don't you dare defend your school, team, or its fans at any cost! Just nod your head in agreement and all will be fine. Say pretty please and you might just get a "like". lol

Sorry--had to do it just this once--I'm done.

KGB is a quality poster on this board, despite his college allegiance. He has been around a while and rarely gets out of line. Not sure how you lump him in with the other PSU trolls who come in, take a dump, and then leave.

Great game last night. While I will certainly say that I enjoyed the outcome, I'd much rather be in PSU's shoes than ours right now. Not sure how any RU fan feels like they can talk smack after the beating PSU (and many others) gave us this year.

No problem seeing you suggest BWI rules should be applied here.
As for Nit posters on this board: like kjb said : >"I tend to take quite a bit of ribbing on here and generally let it roll off my back."< needs to be followed , especially the way some posters here ( including me) dislike Penn St.

Personally I haven't a problem seeing kbj posting here along with some other Nits, but when I feel they insulted a RU fan or RU I tend to get a little pissed.
On replies to someone that's insulting them personally, I usually won't get in a tiff over something disrespectful aimed at the poster, but disrespecting Rutgers U or the RU FB program is something I won't overlook .

I don't want this site run like BWI is, but also want visitors know there are limits placed on them because they are guest posting on Scarlet Nation, not members.

Wrong board. That would be the Pedd St. board.

I don't think *anyone*,whether a PSU fan or a Rutgers fan, should insult another poster. I wish the moderators would be more aggressive about enforcing this. Everyone here is a passionate fan, but all should be able to engage in a civil conversation.

I like having posters from other schools, but it's easy for them to get out of hand from being in a hostile environment. They shouldn't be banned, necessarily, but they should be carefully watched by the moderators.

That could have been the best college football game I've ever seen, and I had seats in the corner of the endzone for the Va Tech miracle catch.
Exciting.. yes.. but there were epic mistakes in that game. Fun to watch.. but sloppy at times.. and great at times. Fun.

I'd say it was one of the top 5 games I've ever seen.

On another note, realizing Saquon Barkley was once committed to us is a similar feeling to knowing you used to be engaged to Margot Robbie before she became a star.
