Stadium holds 77,000. Looks like for say Mich State game only 67,000 seats were filled. We need Hawk fans in the SW US to load that place up!
I'm thinking about flying out for it. Delta has direct flights out of Cedar Rapids to LAX for the game.
If the Hawks beat Oregon...yes I will be there. I live in Orange County.

My wife, my son and I will be there, Sec. 108B, and we'll be looking for another big win after the Hawkeyes upset of Oregon on the way to the CFP.

Leaving the safe haven of OC to go to LA is very rash!!!
Safe haven, never thought of OC as that. I spent almost 15 years in San Diego and surrounding area, not a safe haven there either
Won’t be a night game. Iowa has hit the maximum number of night games allowed by the B1G conference.
Surprise surprise we will be there and n’t first time at the Colosseum (not my first time in California or LA area) so my better half has a few cousins that live in Pasadena so they asked us if we wanted to come out so we are taking a flight as it would take 3 days of driving to get there so F that.. we ended up getting tickets for the game at face value not sure how good they are but we’re going to back the Hawks plus her friends all together we have 13 people heading there for the game. Last time I saw Iowa play USC was in the Orange bowl in 2022 or 2023, can’t remember but we took the booked trip through Kakert and Miller and everything was fun until after CJ Jones “See you later” took the kickoff to the house and then they fizzled in the second half… bitter sweet but always fun… so I am looking for revenge and 1 game a time but just absolutely paste SC… but first Hunt the ducks

Kinda of surprised they didn't put a clause in that says when a team has hit ceiling if any network wants them at night they have to pay $X as an add on to make that happen.
It has already been announced as 2/2:30 for some time now.
I live about 20 miles from the Coliseum and a friend gave me a free ticket buuuut I gave the ticket to someone else. I'd rather watch at home while watching other games.

Booked a cross country flight there and back on the same day from New York City. What could possibly go wrong?!? 
LAX is pretty close to the Coliseum. I'm looking at a same day round trip out of SMF for less than $300 (or possibly staying the night with friends and returning on Sunday).
