No way you can put Byrne down for the downvote. He canned Croom, hired Mullen, and brought on John Cohen (and threw Ron Polk into a temper tantrum in the process).

Very true. The decisions to can croom and buck polk took girados but were decisions of which we are reaping the benefits of to this day and for that Byrne deserves our gratitude.
