I don’t have to give anyones name.
I told you things weren’t good with Joe B and he passed the next day.

There’s still a slim chance TyTy comes back to play.
His injuries are getting to him and his father is tired of TyTy being the sacrificial lamb while Sharpe sits on the bench.
Washington Sr. Feels that Sharpe has more value to Cal although TyTy has played injured.

Even if TyTy does return, the Sharpe situation has taken a toll on him mentally.
It’s caused a distraction to the entire team.

Cal is 100% at fault in all of this.
This is all you really needed to say. You hate Cal. You want him to fail so badly that you're wishing complete turmoil for our season.

Dude, I think a bunch of us knew Joe B wasn’t good. I’ve cared for and lost two parents and just looking at that last picture Cal had with him I knew it wasn’t going to be much longer. We all loved Joe B but it didn’t take a rocket scientist to know it was soon.

For one TyTy's dad is the one that said the Washington's aren't quitters and TyTy has played through injured Wrists, knee, leg, etc. He said that is TyTy and he wants to be out on the court not on the bench. We have never heard any issues with the players and Sharpe. TyTy is frustrated and wants to play because he knows this team when healthy are a final four National Championship team when 100% healthy.

I really hope this isn't the case with Ty Ty. He is easily one of my favorite players of the Cal era. Cal has a history of favoritism and IF this is true, and his treatment of SS led to this, that would really suck.

Probably nothing to this, just say'in.

Wasn’t he also spouting that the NIL deals would ruin the locker room?

I don’t think a player as humble and hard working as TyTy is that damn shallow.

I added that there's probably nothing to this.

I will say that if I was hell bent on winning a title in my one year at college, and there's a super player who's eligible sitting on the bench while I'm busting my *** to win, and getting injured along the way, I might be pissed.

Because our coach is garbage. I pray TYty’s handlers shut him down. Their crazy if they don’t.

Cant get pizzed under the current circumstances. He came in to get better while competing with other UK players in practice. He is still expected to come back and be the #1 overall pick in the 2023 Draft.

You won't know until Saturday at around 12:30 to see if they are out for the pregame warmups. Cal NEVER tells the status of an injured player. Once you realize this, it makes it easier to just wait and see. For some reason he thinks it makes it harder for the next opponent to prepare for us. I think it does very little, but what do I know, I'm just a Basketball Benny.
Exactly, I think TyTy sits one maybe two more games now and Wheeler gives it a go.

He didn’t delet his account at all. Just removed pics and stuff. They talked about it on KSR a couple of weeks ago.

Ty will play when ever possible. He likes this place too much. We all saw him hit that’s chair at UT. He pissed as hell he’s hurt and can’t hang at the moment. We’ve all been there.
The Ty Fighter doesn’t strike me as a quitter at all.

Friends that work in the UK athletics department.
Tyty wasn’t with the team at all today.
He’s in a bad place.
He really is torn between shutting it down and getting healthy for NBA workouts or playing for his teammates.
Washington Sr. Wants him to shut it down and focus on his future.
He feels as if Cal has put Sharpe over the kids that actually give it their all.
Tyty is disconnected from Social media and the team at this time.
Outside perspective here, but I'd be really surprised if TyTy shut it down. I was sitting close to the UK bench for the game at Auburn and watched him lobby the trainers to let him go back into that game after the ankle injury. He was so emphatic that I was sure he was going back in until they took him to the lockeroom. Then Cal made it clear the other day TyTy convinced him to let him play against UT. Kid seems like a warrior to me. Maybe his Dad has a different view point, but I'd be surprised if a kid who has wanted to play through injuries that bad shuts it down. Cal said it was a mistake to play him the other day so I'd bet he rests him now until he's at or close to 100%. It doesn't seem like a terribly serious ankle injury so he could be back at full speed easily in 10-14 days.

If Ty Ty did delete his entire Instagram acct, that is really odd. Maybe just an overreaction to frustration, or something more?
His twitter account seems completely intact. My guess is maybe his IG account was hacked.

It might mean we lose to Bama or LSU, but I want Tyty to sit out the next couple of games, get to >95%. If he's not near 100% in March, I don't like our chances (unless a mystery SG plays, LOL).

I have no idea if this is true or not, but it would not surprise me at all
Have to agree with the father
Seems like Sharpe was given preferential treatment over the kids that should be getting
the attention
Apparently Sharpe has been a distraction as some worried, but it is from not playing instead of playing.
It is sad that UK is nothing more than a minor league training camp for the NBA

can sympathize with the father & the son & their point of view
but again, isn't TyTy drawing a fairly healthy NIL payment?

For what ever reason, TyTy isn't the same player he was weeks ago. Is that due to
injuries or Sharpe or both

One thing for sure.......this is absolutely Cal's fault

I should probably clarify what I said. I should have said deleting all the content from his account. I didn't mean to imply he deleted the entire account. Either way, that strikes me as very odd although someone said LeQueen and I suppose other players do this heading into playoffs. Maybe it's a thing?

He’s literally had nothing good to say since Tuesday night at 11pm. Shame. Because he does seem halfway cognizant
I absolutely hate TN and losing to them. That comes from living in Knoxville for 12 years.
I had a really good friend there who’s wife worked in the ticket office so he would hook me up with great seats when UK came to TBA.
He was a rare UT fan that liked basketball more than football and he absolutely hated UK.
He never got me seats next to him because we both knew it would probably come to blows during the game.

Absolutely a fan, Cal is hanging it up after this year. You’ll see, just remember you heard it here first.
If (when) Sharpe goes to the draft, I could easily see Cal leaving this offseason. He wouldn't have to deal with the scrutiny from the masses.

Also, he’s not tied to a ton of freshmen this year. Collins and Hopkins are about it. He’s drained from all the backlash from fans after the kneeling incident and everything else since then (SHARPE). Perfect year for him to leave imo.

It's not as farfetched as some on here will make it out to be.

Yes, I'm sure a hall of fame coach will hang up the coat without any warning to the school.

When Cal finally decides to retire, we will know before the season starts.

He did say he was winding it down last week.

When a player’s handlers control you not being able to play their kid, it’s time to step aside.

What does him being a hall of fame coach have to do with him giving a warning?
