I'm not sure the presnt details and specs
but they will only provide a complete system unless it loads fast enough to Navy specifications. ...
not as depicted in the above PR recording

as for a revolver loader as shown in your pic,
the close-in-weapon-system is similar
(to 75 per second) ...
amazing

I'm confused. I hear an A-10 BRRRRRRRT on a destroyer.

it doesn't sound like that...
it's a smooth buzz sound...

that's the close-in-weapon system, probably. ..
modern version of the gattling gun...

i think it's the same as on A10...but A10 shoots tanks, i think 40mm

to shoot missles, on Navy ships....ship protection. ..

i have nothing else to add

I thought Sea Whiz (CIWS) was a 20 MM.

Anyway, @TarHeelEer, it’s designed to put a bunch of lead in the way of incoming missiles. It’s defensive. We have the same thing on bases in the ME, called C-RAM (Counter Rocket Artillery Mortar). They shoot faster than the Hog.

could be

but it's big considering how fast it's shot
. ...like a foot long
