Yep, funny thing is this will still blowback on UM when the NCAA concludes it's investigation. So they're not worried about what the public knows, they are worried about everyone finding out the depths and being forced to fire certain staff IMO.Discovery, subpoenas, depositions, appeals, and on and on and on. All equals bad headlines…for both sides, which neither wants. Classic settlement case teed up perfectly for all involved parties. They all just magically made it go away for at least 3-5 years. And by then, they know most of the people involved will have all moved on.
