Whereabouts in Union county?
Frenchy’s in Roselle Park is a dive but has lots of screens and it did have a decent turnout of RU fans for a football game a few years back.
The Linwood Inn in Linden is another solid joint
I just moved to Westfield. Few places in Scotch Plains I like (Stagehouse, Darby Rd) but want try somewhere different.
Frenchys was fun, went there for a football game the other day. Sun Tavern across street is good too.
Haven’t been there in a few years but their food was good for bar grub

That was one of the first places I tried when I moved here. Great food, but didn’t have order those. Next time lol.
May have been a slow sports day…I don’t recall…but place was kinda empty which I didn’t like. Probably better on a busy sports day I’m sure.

I would rather try the local owned businesses though before going to a chain.
