UNC to the SEC?

UNC doesn't. The rest of the Academic world does. One day you'll realize your rants on a sports messageboard have done absolutely nothing to change the fact that the world views UNC as an elite educational institution.

Seriously, go look in the mirror and say it over and over. "The world views UNC as an elite educational institution and my rants on a sports board won't change that." When it finally sinks in and you understand it, take a selfie and post it. The look on your face when you finally come to terms with reality will be priceless.

As someone that lives smack dab in the middle of Big Ten country, I don’t understand how it’s even a super conference. It’s regularly games like:

Iowa vs Wisconsin
Michigan State vs Rutgers
Northwestern vs Purdue
Nebraska vs Indiana
Illinois vs Minnesota
Penn State vs Maryland

I mean seriously, look at that schedule. Outside of Michigan (who hasn’t even been good in 10 years) and Ohio State it is absolutely god awful. GOD AWFUL. Why a sports fan would want to join that conference is beyond me, there’s barely any interesting or exciting games. Does this UNC fan want to join because of research () or because he’s a ***** that knows he’ll get regularly pummeled.
