He goes there and probably lights us up in the cbs classic. Cal totally screwed the pooch with Jones.

Exactly.

So he's not good enough to play over Richards at UK, but UNC (who won the title just a year ago) is interested in him?

SKJ is making the right decision. I don't wish him great success at UNC, but I can admit he was getting a bit of a screw job at UK.

In what way was it his worst coaching job? We have no clue what goes on %99 of the time with these guys and Cal throughout the season.

I will say, that based on what I saw this year, I felt he should have started over Richards. He seemed to give better effort and towards the end of the year seemed to be the all around better player.

But again, I don’t know the reasons he didn’t.

Oh yea, F UNC and unfortunately if he goes there, F him too.
Cal seemed to have a hardon for Jones the moment he stepped on campus.
Lack of playing time and when he did play, he would be unmerciful on him.

One perceived mistake and to the bench immediately.

Richards had no business getting minutes ahead of Jones.

Cal treated him differently. There's no doubt about it.

SKJ was never happened given a chance here. I think he will fit in just fine at UNC and after sitting a year and learning the system he will be a good player, plus, he will basically be a senior when becomes eligible. That really cause me pain to think that our loss is a gain for the Cheats.

Wish he had stayed and developed. Thought he had potential. For good or bad a culture has developed here where jr's and sr's are considered failures. Our coach must be able to talk about being the youngest team in the country. The new, shiny thing is always better. Think he'd be a helluva college player in UVA's system.

I liked SKJ. When he puts on the baby-blue, I can't cheer for him, just can't do it. But I won't root against him, like I will every single other UNCheat player.

If he picks UNC, that is some immature epic level trolling by SKJ.

He could have picked UNC 2 years ago. Had he, he would have been the primary back-up PF in '16-'17. It would have been SKJ, not Luke Maye, checking in for Isaiah Hicks in the Elite Eight game against Kentucky. No way SKJ plays the type of game Maye did that night... so UK would have won that night, gone to the Final Four, and possibly won the 2017 National Title.

So SKJ has already indirectly contributed to UNC getting a title over UK. Now he might transfer there and contribute to their future post season runs as an upperclassman?

This is a good point.

I liked SKJ, but the truth is that Richards was more productive than he was in almost every category. (Steals SKJ > NR)But, if he goes to UNC.... 2nd worst transfer behind Randolph Morris. Only wish him poor games in Tarhole blue
