I hadn't really heard of SACs before but my guess is that others have been on probation. The definition I showed does not describe North Carolina and my sense is you know it. If not, show me how it fits the definition. If SACs is reviewing them, then there is "an officiallay recognized educational accrediting body". It is tough to have a discussion with someone who can't be objective. Please focus on your family member. Don't worry about your research and the proof you can show.
