or lack of. I saw where U6 is hoping to get a visit from a grad transfer. Kid is named Cunnigham and played at USC-upstate. U6 is battling Tulane for his services. They are also hanging their hopes on a kid named Enoch, who is a 6'10" transfer from UConn. He was ranked 58th in the 2015 class, but only averaged 3 pts per game his last year at UConn. They believe Enoch will shore up their front line, after losing Mahmoud, Adel, and Spalding. Since they also lost their starting pg, I say we beat them at the Yum, by 25.

Sounds like real trouble here. From a Jeff Greer article.

The Cards are losing three of their top assist guys, too. They ranked 221st in the nation (out of 351 teams) in assist-to-field goal ratio and 12th in the ACC.

Those factors help reinforce why Mack and his staff want some guards via graduate transfer.

Reminds me of the Billy G years. Getting excited over these no-name recruits and pretending they were going to be the next Jordan. lol

They are going to suck so bad next year and I am going to love every minute of it. lol

And several on the YUM are predicting 24-25 wins, 6th or 7th in the ACC, and a 7 seed. If backing Rick and Turtleneck didn't prove how delusional they are, there is absolutely no doubt now.

Based on what? 12 losses a year at a mid major?

I have always followed X to some extent and I have never been that impressed with Mack. He is a good but not great coach. Taking X to a 1 seed was impressive, but it was a weak year and he flamed out early. I think he will be a typical mid-level coach, not good enough to win it all, but good enough that he is difficult to fire. He is no where near the level of coach (ability wise) of Pitino on the court and it is doubtful he can recruit at that level.

He's basically on the same level Tom Crean was when he was hired at IUstobe.

I’m going to be at the Scum Center next year to watch UK beat those ghetto fools like the ***** paying, meth smoking morons they are. Mack may have to suck Zipp’s Dolly Parton fun bags for comfort after the beating.

That game will be over quicker than Pitino in Porcini's.

If that happens they need to open another FBI investigation for opponent point shaving

If it was possible, UL would lock in the 25 point beatdown right now and not even play the game. They're gonna get smacked hard next year.

UL basically have 2 big men, Enoch and Williams. The grad transfer list is thin on big men, if they can land any grad transfers, it will be at the wing and guard positions, look for UL to be a perimeter oriented team next year.

I doubt they will be anywhere near relevant again in 5 years much less 2. So many seem to think that since U6 fired Pitino and Jurich that they're out of the woods with the NCAA, POS organization that it is, but paying for players while appealing the hooker escapade doesn't look good; more likely to be taken to the wood shed than be out of the woods.

It will be a tough road for UL basketball.

Right now hard to see how they will get better until maybe year three of Mack's contract.....the ACC Is a tough place to rebuild a basketball program.....although the latest FBI report indicates Miami and NCState are gonna be right with the Cards.

Cool story. If you take away the BigEast years he averaged even more losses per year. He’s Tom Crean light.

I dont think he's anywhere near as good as the UL media is trying to portray him as....... I think he's basically another Cronin. ....

Its just I think some people dont pay too much attention to some conferences that play games on fox channels and forget that some schools like Xavier, Butler and Creighton all became major conference members a few years ago. . Well even though the big east isnt a BCS conference... I think we all can agree its still a major basketball conference...
