to be resolved by the Independent Accountability Resolution Process. For those with knowledge of
this process, how does this impact UL in terms of possible punishment?

If the ncaa was going to do anything to any of these teams, they would have already did it. To many big boys involved, and to much money to be lost by the ncaa. Emmert and company is more interested in making money than enforcing their rules. I will believe they will be puntshed when I see it and not one second before.

UL is going to get hammered and hammered big. They aren’t one of the NCAA’s little darlings. Everybody said they would never vacate their title. And the NCAA ended up cutting their balls off. It’s going to be ugly.

I feel this new group will punish everybody that comes before them somewhat. Probably not as much as most deserve, because that would create too much backlash. But enough to justify their existence. They might as well yield their power and hammer someone, because why not? They technically are not accountable as their decisions have no appeal.

My guess is not much will happen. Rice and her crew will let Ul and Kansas and LSU off clean as a whistle. They will set some guidelines so this doesn’t happen in the future and that will wrap it up. Let’s watch.
Totally wrong. Uavel was just handed probation for the strippers scandal Level One then 10 days later the FBI videotapes Louisville asst in Vegas hotel room offered $100,000 bribe to Brandon Bowen another Level One violation
I expect a 2 year ban reduced scholarships and a Show Cause order for SEXTINO for his role
And all well deserved 👺👺

They all should be punished , but the biggest cheaters out side of UNCheat of course are the jailhawks and the Rug Doctor !! Folks I would love to see them get busted and have there names in the news for weeks ,. I have no faith in the NCAA or any group associated that they put in charge of handing out discipline and penalties they themselves should have the back bone to hand out and enforce.

Hey I hope you are right. But Ul has been punished pretty good so far. I want to see LSU, Kansas and Arizona get hammered. They have blatant stuff on tape and it’s been 3-4 yrs already. Those 3 deserve the heaviest of punishments.

Your facts are off a bit. Jordan Fair was on tape saying he was willing to pay for a player, but had to be careful because of the probation. I believe the recruit was Balsa Kopravica. It should be a surprise to no one that he ended up at FSU.

When the guy said “we have to be careful because we are on probation” then that was an admission of guilt and acknowledgment of wrongdoing. That will be real bad for them.

IMO U6 isn't skating here. They are the biggest toad in this puddle of fraud and they will take the brunt of it. You hate to see it. :D :D

So they will handle it like government regulation?

I hope it goes a couple more years before they get hammered . They are not getting any recruits worth a damn right now. That being said to think we dont get recruits for the same thing is ignorance at it's best. I absolutely hate ul but I am not a hypocrite.

Tards get anal raped. LSU skates. President of NCAA takes care of his son in law. Jailhawks get another pass. Gets ugly for Arizona. Miller should have married the other daughter.
