UK vs Vanderbilt Game Thread

[BGCATFAN2012]

We seen way worse in that gym. Complete game.. easy to watch also.

[KYExtemper]

Gained another game on Kansas in all-time wins with Kansas' recent slump!

[true-blue1]

Good win on the road!

[bbnkat02]

Great game. Still concerns me that we can’t seem to get above 70 points in a game though.

Think our legs got tired. Played our *** off on D. Solid solid solid win.

[richbrookstomato]

Ware is struggling to score.

Hope he can get that fixed before Saturday.

[DaDirtyLeb69]

Good win, cats controlled it out through the most of the game, this team is getting better and playing hard. Cats are playing good ball right now

[Comebakatz3]

Can’t recall the last time I saw a team go through 19 minutes in a half with 2 team fouls.

While winning by 16+.

[Bkocats]

Good thing is we’re at home!

That doesn’t necessarily help lol

[HenryMuto]

1 hour 45 minute game that is what happens when we shoot 2 FT's all game !!!!!!!!!!!!

[Aike]

I know we’re up 18, but Wheeler does not need to play in these late game situations. Cal better not let this creep back in and ruin a good thing.

[megablue]

Hard to understand why Thiero doesn't get some minutes. We may need him.

[Kingslayer07]

Hate Cal’s stall ball. Finish them!

Every team in the country does this under 5 minutes with a big lead.

[richbrookstomato]

Big win!!!

Now bring on the Jayhawks!!!

[ukalum1988]

This was a very fast game.

[ganner918_rivals60369]

We had 67 points with 5:51 to go. We have 69 points at game end. We all saw it - Cal slowed the team down and we focused on burning clock vs running offense. We were in no danger tonight up 20 at that point. But this **** gets you beat by good teams when you try to do it with a narrower margin.

[KYExtemper]

Arguably the best complete game we've played all year. It's Vandy but it's a good road win in a weird venue. I'll take it. On to Kansas!

[kywildcat1021979]

Nice win we could’ve won by more but that last 7:00 we went into Cal’s famous stall ball. It was a very nice team win though!

[TortElvisII]

Games are a lot shorter when you don't call fouls on one team.

[SpamburgerHamburger_rivals101482]

Great game. Still concerns me that we can’t seem to get above 70 points in a game though.

Really depends on the style of game and number of possessions. Shot like 56% tonight, that's the stat.

[KYExtemper]

This was a very fast game.

A side effect of the refs hardly finding a reason to call a foul on Vandy.

[ukalum1988]

Yep.

[kyjeff1]

That’s a good win. Good comfortable win at that.

This Vandy team has given a lot of good teams problems. 63 points in one half against Arkansas and gave Alabama a game.

Good win even though KP won't think so, it was.

[ck-2]

Toppin sounds like a smart kid when he’s interviewed.

[TortElvisII]

Ware is struggling to score.

Hope he can get that fixed before Saturday.

U serious Clarke....

[bbnkat02]

We seen way worse in that gym. Complete game.. easy to watch also.

I'll take a 16 point win there for sure especially with the ******** fouls and that one dude shooting his wad.

[cats#1again]

My biggest gripe with SEC officials has always been they play into the home crowd way to much

It's not just sec refs... It's all refs.. they call conference games different in order to make close games and upsets. They are instructed to do this .

[BCD]

Finally, an easy game to watch.

[Kingslayer07]

U serious Clarke....

Hopefully not lol

Hate Cal’s stall ball. Finish them!

They were finished what the hell you watching

[Basil Cat]

Did Cal and Stackhouse blow off the handshake line ? If so, that’s funny

[LineSkiCat14]

Ans with this road win Kentucky has moved to the first 4 out! Damn.

[BlueWorldOrder74]

Cats by 16 tonight. You heard it here first.

[bbnkat02]

It's not just sec refs... It's all refs.. they call conference games different in order to make close games and upsets. They are instructed to do this .

That needs to stop then. That's altering the damn game. And that violates the integrity and spirit of the sport.

[DaDirtyLeb69]

Only 2 FTs tonight that’s crazy

[jameslee32]

FG 56%
FT 1-2
Hahahahaahaha

[Aike]

Every team in the country does this under 5 minutes with a big lead.

When we run it with Wheeler on the court it almost never works. Would rather see us stick with our closing lineup. If he’s just trying to keep Wheeler’s confidence up I get it, but he can’t be fooled into thinking Wheeler is any kind of answer.

[megablue]

Why does Wheeler have the ball late in the shot clock? Why?

Because they give it back to him for no reason other than making a play themselves. He took 2 shots with 2 seconds and clock running down. Not his fault. It is weird how they throw it back to him, when there were shots there.

[ganner918_rivals60369]

lol... we shot TWO free throws tonight. Vandy finished with FIVE fouls.

[HerrosHeroes]

We are six strong and thats about it.
But guess what? 4 of those six are bad *** guards and the other two are giant monsters inside.
