What screwed us was slowing the game down yet again when we were up 7 or 8 points. We were rolling not allowing Kansas to get their defense set and then we start throwing the ball around till 5 seconds on the shot clock. Sucks we should have had this one comfortably.
That call on Hawk was a crazy bad call at a critical juncture of the game. Whistle has been brutal tonight.
KU with a +20 FT advantage now. Look for this at A&M, Vandy, etc, going forward. OU had a +1 advantage when they played and lost at KU.

Our front court kills us and the fact that Briscoe will be fouled if he's in there at crunch time kills us. Kansas' missed FT's gave us the game - we gave it back - very disappointing but very proud of our effort tonight.
Hell, I suppose I'll take Alex being decent in primetime and Skal showing some life as decent takeaways. The guys fought but the foul problems and Lee's continued nonexistence hurt.
I thought we played a heckuva game we don't have many scoring options and still had a great chance to win, if some of those threes would have dropped.
Rough loss tonight needed to win in OT was just 1 point short. The only bad thing is we miss a chance to move up to a 4 seed with this kind of win. Really need to win at A&M now otherwise might be looking at a 5 or 6 seed.
