We missed every free throw, at least 7-8 layups, and State played out of their minds! Maybe we hit a few in the second half and get back in it!
Listen I love Cal and want him to stay here as long as possible.
But as we are getting absolutely hammered inside and to not put guys back onto the court like Jackson to help that is just poor coaching.
It's Jackson and Sarr's fault for not being able to stay on the court and yes putting them back in definitely risks a 3rd foul but at some point you have to just take that chance.

Cal simply cannot coach. No adjustments, feel for rotations, drawn up plays, nothing. He's basically stealing money from UK at this point. At least I hope Mr. 9-16 gives Anthony Davis a fat cut of that undeserved salary the university is giving him, because that was the only player great enough to overcome Cal's mediocrity. Even Derrick Rose, John Wall & Cousins and KAT & Booker couldn't do it. AD should be in Basketball Hall of Fame based on that alone.

One team came in with a gameplan, and is executing it. Looks like they watched film and know how to expose our weaknesses.

You just can’t compete much in the SEC with skinny weak post players, to many teams have Centers and power forward’s that look 30 years old, we are getting abused by one today!
How anyone does not put this on Cal is astounding. **** even announcers have been taking subtle jabs about UKs inability to change things up etc. UK under Cal is very easy to prep for and Cal will not/cannot/does not know how (take your pick) to adjust for the players he has. This team was thrown together and is a complete **** show. This is definitely a case of the individual parts are greater than the sum and that is 100% on Cal for not getting this team to perform better as a unit.

You could get better coaching in high school for a damn fraction of the cost. It's laughable at this point.
I'm just at a loss how you could watch this half happen with your best defensive player rotting on the bench. It's just mindblowing to me.
