UK in 1st place…

[Zannman]

In the SEC. Tied with Georgia at 4-1. Who would have ever thought that preseason?

That is just crazy to even think about. It is amazing how fast things can change with the right coach. Will Stein is very confident in himself. That rubs off on the players who start to feel confident about themselves. Then boom, suddenly you are 6-1 and tied for 1st in the SEC and bowl eligible in mid-October. This is the difference between Stein and guys like Stoops. There were so many games we went into knowing we were going to lose under previous coaches because in their hearts, they didn't believe we could win. Stein has never seen a team he doesn't think he can't beat. That one little difference in attitude is making all the difference on the field.

[Agent Redbone]

This team has a humble swagger!

[MidseasonTweak]

We are a steady force. We can go blow for blow with other squads

If anyone would have said we'd be tied for FIRST in the SEC 7 games in I would have laughed.

This is INSANE.

Let's GO!!!!!!

[chroix]

How many seasons have we had three road SEC wins?

Solid question. Somone less drunk than I should know

Worth repeating, and have a chance to move into the top 10 close to top 5 with a W next Saturday. Likely to be a top 10 matchup in Knoxville. Pretty to look at

I am proud of this team and this coaching staff. Previous coach would have been all "y'all ready for some football?" and then get blown out. Will Stein has higher standards, much higher.

Bowl eligible two weeks before Halloween! What?????

[will1976]

Let's fooking go! Yeah grandpa looking down while we listened to our Cats lose to almost high school teams with Joker. Now no more excuses, tied for first in the most difficult league. The SEC!

[BigBluefoot]

Stoops is drinking heavy tonight.

I knew Stein had it in him. I said if the head coach at Indiana could have IU in the playoffs in his first season Stein could at UK in his first season said it before the season began. We keep winning and that is going to be a reality!

I never would have dreamed we would have hit first place at any time in my life. Let alone after 5 games and this many road games.

Imagine the odds you could have gotten to have UK in first and Texas where they are preseason.
