This has been about as good of back to back games as I can remember from Howland. That LSU loss still stings, but it’s been a good week for the MSU basketball program.

We were 0-2 last year and struggling. Then we woke up. Let’s hope this is happening again. I love the team when we play hard. Hope the chip on the shoulder continues. We are a top 20 team when we show up.

Carter was 4-7 from 3. Woodard shot 2 and got 1. That was it until junk time. If Carter has figured something out, that's huge.

We are talented. Couple of losses I bet they wish they could get back but college basketball is crazy this year. We have potential to make a run but we also have shown we can crash and burn.

We did have a better non conference record last year, but we were also a 5 seed. Maybe we can have around the same amount of conference wins and get in as a much lower seed like a 10 or something. Who knows? Hopefully, this team continues to play like this every game, and wind up with a better conference record then last year. Big time SEC game Wednesday and a chance to steal one on the road vs OU in non conference.

Gotta give a shout out to the crowd. It sounded like a nice active group. You have to believe the team plays better in that atmosphere.

Carter finding his shot is a big part of the last two games, along with going to the goal with less jump shots or 3's. If we can keep that up and tell Ado if he has to bounce the ball, pass it back out instead, we might get to 10 wins or better.
