Unconfirmed, but Mel Tucker to Colorado has a lot of smoke. Provides another angle while viewing the SEC CCG, since we could seem him in Boulder in September.

For being a hailed as a Liberal Haven, Boulder has never been accommodating to the black community...at all. Be interesting how this pans out. Lots of screams of racism when favorite Bob Simmons was passed ver for Neuheisel and treatment, although some warranted, of various players.

And it looks like Maryland is close to hiring Alabama's offensive coordinator as head coach. I thought they would make Matt Canada permanent head coach, but it doesn't look like it.

I would think that Lavisca Shennalt and Steven Montez would be a good reason for him to start with for next season..

They might win 3 next year. Might. Hard to believe they have been to a Bowl once in the last 10 years.

Another strange hire to me. No recruiting connections to California, where the Buffs get most of their talent. He was not a good D.C. at all in the NFL. Kirby Smart is the true defensive coordinator at UGA, so I don't know how much he has to do with their success. He won't have the 5-star talent at CU that he had at UGA/Bama.

I agree bad hire. Even if he does turn it around he will leave for SEC like mackle-wane

has some ties to the midwest, but nothing I can see out west. He'll find getting the kind of athletes he had at UGA difficult out there, IMO
